A) To establish and maintain unity, cordial relationship and mutual respect among members.
B) To assist the members in need.
C) To support and enhance the welfare of members.
D) To support and protect the general interest of members as well as Okpuno-Egbu community.
E) To promote benefits, programmes and services which promote growth among members
F) To promote and empower indigenous people of Okpuno-Egbu with well thought out and sustainable poverty Eradication programmes.
G) To identify issues affecting Okpuno-Egbu, its indigenes and inhabitants, its place and position as a vibrant community in Nnewi, proffer solutions and where possible, render financial and infrastructural aid; human expertise, services and guidance.
F) To promote cooperation and genuine brotherhood among members in trust and transparency
